Ingredients
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Semolina 1 cup
- Water 15 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Quail Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Apple 3 pieces
- Applesauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour one cup of warm water over the semolina.
Step 2
Dissolve the baking soda in boiling water.
Step 3
Crack the eggs, add sugar, and mix well.
Step 4
Add the semolina to the eggs.
Step 5
Thoroughly mix the eggs and semolina.
Step 6
Pour one cup of water over the flour and mix. Add to the eggs and cottage cheese. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and baking soda, and mix.
Step 7
Add cottage cheese, raisins, and chopped dried apricots to the egg and semolina mixture and stir.
Step 8
Wash, peel, and finely chop the apples.
Step 9
Add the apples to the cottage cheese and mix. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. Garnish with cinnamon, apple, and apple sauce when serving.
