Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolk from the white of one egg.
Step 2
Add the egg yolk mixed with sugar, softened butter, salt, vanilla, sifted flour, and rinsed raisins to the strained cottage cheese. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Then, add the whipped egg white to the cheese mixture and gently fold it in.
Step 4
Place the cheese mixture into a greased baking dish coated with breadcrumbs. Smooth the surface and spread a mixture of sour cream and the second egg on top.
Step 5
Bake for 25-35 minutes at 390°F.
Step 6
Leave the finished pudding in the mold for 5-10 minutes, then transfer it to a serving plate.
Step 7
Serve the pudding hot, drizzled with sweet sauce or sour cream.
