Description
Cottage cheese pies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They taste best when served with sour cream. If the flavor seems too mild, you can lightly sprinkle the sour cream with salt.

- Oat Flour 20 tablespoons
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Quail Egg 1 piece
- Pink Himalayan Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons

Step 1
Place the cottage cheese on a plate and add the eggs.

Add the oat flour.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients.
Step 4
Salt the dough.
Step 5
Knead by hand until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 6
Pour flour onto the surface.
Step 7
Shape the dough into patties and coat them in flour on all sides.
Step 8
Place the patties in hot oil and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 9
After 2–3 minutes, flip the patties and fry until golden brown.
