Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the cookies, cocoa powder, 40 g of butter, and 25 g of brown sugar in a blender. Use the resulting mixture to line the sides of a baking dish, and place the dish in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Blend the orange zest, cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, white sugar, flour, and vanilla sugar in a blender. Pour the resulting mixture into the dish. Bake at 355°F for 45 minutes.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt 20 g of butter and dissolve 100 g of brown sugar in it, then add the cream. Drizzle the cooled pie with the caramel.
