  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Milk 4 tablespoons
  • Kefir 1.5 cups
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Dried Apricots 5 pieces
  • Cottage cheese 5 oz
  • Vanilla extract to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the dried apricots into small cubes and soak them in wine (brandy, fruit liqueur, or whatever is left at home).

Step 2

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolk, sugar, and sour cream using a mixer, then add the other dairy products. Fold in the sifted flour with salt and baking powder. Add the dried apricots and gently knead the mixture.

Step 3

Whip the egg whites into a thick foam and carefully fold them into the batter.

Step 4

Fry the pancakes covered in a dry skillet with a thick bottom and non-stick coating over low heat. If you are confident in the quality of your oil, you can use oil, but the pancakes will turn out greasier.
