Description

Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Condensed Milk, Strawberries, and Lavender

Ingredients

  • Condensed Milk 5 oz
  • Low-fat lactose-free milk 10 oz
  • Strawberry 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz
  • Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
  • Lavender flowers 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour the cottage cheese with condensed milk, add the egg, and mix everything until smooth.

Step 2

Cut the strawberries into small pieces, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and let sit for 4–5 minutes. Unfortunately, the strawberries I received were slightly tart, so I had to add powdered sugar. When local berries are available, it will be possible to do without sugar and powdered sugar.

Step 3

Add the strawberries to the cottage cheese mixture. Gently mix until homogeneous.

Step 4

Add baking powder and lavender to the flour, and mix everything with a whisk.

Step 5

Gradually incorporate the flour into the cottage cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly. The dough should become thick.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 345°F. Grease the baking dish with butter.

Step 7

Form small pancakes from the cottage cheese mixture and place them in the dish.

Step 8

Bake at the same temperature for 20 minutes. The pancakes will become golden brown and increase in volume.

Step 9

Serve warm with condensed milk.
