Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Cinnamon

Description
Instead of cinnamon, you can use vanilla sugar (in the same proportions, i.e., a pinch) or you can add both vanilla sugar and cinnamon to the pancakes (one pinch each). It turns out delicious, but I think it's more of an acquired taste. The finished pancakes can be served with sour cream, although I prefer them without. Enjoy your meal!!!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a fork, mix the cottage cheese with sugar (2–3 tablespoons), pressing down on the ingredients, and then add the cinnamon.
Step 2
Add the egg, flour, and mix everything again.
Step 3
From the resulting mixture, form small pancakes, rolling them in flour on both sides.
Step 4
Place the pancakes on a preheated skillet greased with vegetable oil, and fry on medium or low heat (depending on the thickness of the skillet's bottom and personal preference).
