Description
You can use a bit more flour, depending on the consistency of the cottage cheese. You can also add a little more sugar.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the egg, sour cream, butter, salt, sugar, and wheat flour to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 2
Shape the cheese balls and roll them in flour.
Step 3
Flatten the balls in a skillet with heated sunflower oil.
Step 4
Sear on both sides until a golden-brown crust forms.
