Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Vanillin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or rub it through a sieve, place it in a deep dish or pot, add ¼ cup of sifted flour, sugar, salt, vanillin, and the raw egg.
Step 2
Mix everything well, place it on a floured table, roll the cottage cheese mixture into a thick sausage shape, and cut it crosswise into 10 equal-sized patties. Roll each patty in flour, place it on a preheated skillet with oil, and fry on both sides until a golden crust forms.
Step 3
Place the finished pancakes on a plate. If desired, they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and served hot with sour cream or fruit syrup.
