- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour sugar into a frying pan, wait for it to turn caramel in color, add butter, and once it melts, add the thinly sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Fry for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese with the eggs, you can add sugar for those with a sweet tooth and vanilla.
Step 3
Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the apples. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium, and cook until the omelet starts to puff up and gets a golden crust on the bottom. Flip the omelet onto a plate and enjoy.
