Ingredients
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese ½ kg
- Sugar 4 spoons
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Semolina 4 spoons
- Instant coffee 2 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 spoons
- Grated Lemon Zest 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat all the ingredients thoroughly with a mixer until fluffy. Divide the mixture into two parts. Add lemon juice and zest to one part. To the second part, add instant coffee.
Step 2
Spoon the mixtures into a greased and semolina-dusted baking dish, placing them next to each other. Then add a second and third row on top, alternating the colors throughout.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes at 355°F.
