Cottage Cheese Lasagna
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Ready dry lasagna sheets 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Pour water into a glass and add a tablespoon of salt.
Step 3
Add 2 eggs to the cottage cheese and whisk.
Step 4
Add 5 tablespoons of salted water to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 5
Add the softened butter.
Step 6
Add a pinch of salt.
Step 7
Take a baking dish and place a sheet of foil at the bottom. Grease the foil with butter.
Step 8
Lay the lasagna sheets on the foil.
Step 9
Spread 1/4 of the cottage cheese mixture over the lasagna sheets. Top with a layer of cheese (1/4 of the total amount).
Step 10
Add 3 tablespoons of salted water in different places on top.
Step 11
Layer with lasagna sheets. Spread the cottage cheese mixture on top, add grated cheese, and add 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 12
Layer a total of 4 layers of lasagna so that the last layer is cheese. Cover the ends with foil.
Step 13
Bake in a well-preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is golden.
Step 14
Serve the lasagna hot.
