- Milk 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Semolina 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the cottage cheese with sugar and milk. Melt the butter and add it to the cottage cheese. Add the egg and mix well.
Step 2
Soak the raisins.
Step 3
Stir in the semolina and let it swell for about 40 minutes.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly. Top with the raisins.
