For little ones, it's better to prepare the casserole in a steamer (25 minutes).

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese 10 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Quail Egg 6 pieces
  • Semolina 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the cherries. Wash fresh cherries and remove the pits. If using frozen cherries, thaw them by soaking in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Mix the eggs and sugar and beat with a mixer or whisk.

Step 3

Add the cottage cheese and semolina to the mixture and beat again. The batter is ready.

Step 4

Place the cherries at the bottom of the baking dish (don't forget to grease it with butter), then pour in the batter and bake. If the child is over two years old, you can bake it in the oven (at 355°F for 25 minutes).
