Ingredients
- 9% Cottage Cheese 15 oz
- 3.2% Kefir 5 fl oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the semolina in kefir for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients (if mixed in a bowl mixer, the cottage cheese becomes fluffy).
Step 3
Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with dry semolina.
Step 4
Bake at 365°F for about 35-40 minutes.
