Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Starch film 4 tablespoons
- Vanillin 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Whisk the cottage cheese, yolks, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanillin, and 2 tablespoons of starch until smooth.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Transfer the prepared cottage cheese mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
Step 5
Peel the oranges, removing the skin, seeds, and white membranes, place them in a blender, add the remaining starch, and blend well. Pour this mixture over the cottage cheese layer.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 7
Cool directly in the dish and cut into portions.
