Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bread into 2 slices and soak in milk, adding 5 g of sugar to it.
Step 2
Mash the cottage cheese, mix it with the whipped egg white, sugar, and semolina, add raisins and diced apples, and mix well.
Step 3
In a greased mold, place one slice of soaked bread, add the cottage cheese mixture on top, then the second slice of bread, drizzle with butter, and bake. Serve with sour cream.
