Ingredients
- Apple Cider Vinegar ¾ cup
- Brown Sugar 0.3 cup
- Corn Starch 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Mustard Greens ½ teaspoon
- Blanched frozen corn 20 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers ¼ piece
- Onion 0 oz
- Pimento 0 oz
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Celery salt ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, mustard seeds, and celery seeds in a saucepan. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Remove from heat.
Step 4
Add corn, green pepper, onion, pimiento, and jalapeño.
Step 5
Let it sit until cooled.
Step 6
Store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
