Ingredients
- Milk 4 cups
- Popcorn 10 oz
- Buttermilk 1 cup
- Butter 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients with 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Stir well and transfer to the baking dish.
Step 3
Bake the pudding for about 1 to 1.25 hours, then cool for 10 minutes and serve.
