Ingredients
- Corn Cobs 8 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Fresh Mint 0 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Soften the butter and mix it with the feta and finely chopped mint. Add salt.
Step 2
Cut each corn cob crosswise into four pieces. Pour cold water over the corn and cook until done (depending on the variety, this takes from 10 minutes to 2 hours).
