Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Garlic 2 heads
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Cotton Oil 0 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Dill to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Drain the liquid from the corn and blend it with the garlic until smooth. Transfer to a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the flour, a pinch of baking soda, the pepper mix, a little salt, and the milk. Mix until homogeneous. Add some chopped fresh dill and mix again.
Step 3
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat a skillet well. Pour in a little corn oil. Use a tablespoon to drop the batter onto the skillet. Fry for 1–2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Serve with sour cream.
