Corn Cobs in Lemon-Garlic Glaze
Ingredients
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Corn Cobs 4 pieces
- Water 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 2
Place the corn cobs in the pan, pour in the water, add lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook, turning the cobs, for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the lid and cook for another 2–4 minutes, until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4
Serve drizzled with the remaining sauce from the pan.
