  • Penne rigate 0 lbs
  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Emmental cheese 10 oz
  • Smoked cheese sauce 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Cooked Ham 10 oz
  • Milk 0 qt
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Red Curry Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) a pinch
  • Ground Nutmeg a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the sauce. To do this, melt butter in a saucepan and, while stirring, add the flour. After one or two minutes, gradually pour in the milk. Cook, stirring, for ten minutes. Season the sauce with salt, white pepper, curry powder, cumin, and nutmeg.

Step 2

Cook the penne in salted water. Grate the parmesan, emmental, and mozzarella, and cut the ham into cubes.

Step 3

Pour the cooked pasta with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese and ham, and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for twenty minutes in an oven preheated to 390°F, then remove the foil and bake for an additional ten minutes.
