- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Place a deep large skillet or dish over a boiling water bath, grease with butter, and pour in the eggs.
Step 2
Keep over the bath until the eggs firm up. Remove from heat. Let cool.
Step 3
Invert completely onto a plate. Spread mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with herbs.
