  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step 1

Heat the butter in a skillet.

Step 2

Wash and slice the mushrooms into large pieces.

Step 3

Sauté the mushrooms over medium heat for 7–10 minutes, adding salt and pepper.

Step 4

Cut the lemon into wedges, add to the mushrooms, stir, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let sit for 10–15 minutes.

Step 5

Separate the mushrooms from the lemons by transferring the mushrooms to a bowl, cool, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Serve cold.
