Ingredients
- Mango 1 piece
- Beans 1 piece
- Dried Apricots 4 pieces
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 5 tablespoons
- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Mineral water 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the mango, banana, and orange, then blend in a blender.
Step 2
Separately blend the large juicy dried apricots with almonds, water, and honey until smooth.
Step 3
Add a couple of drops of vanilla essence, but be careful not to overdo it, or it will taste bitter.
Step 4
Mix everything together and serve for breakfast.
