Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Cilantro 2 bunches
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Pass half of the walnuts and cilantro through a meat grinder. Chop the remaining walnuts coarsely.
Step 3
Press the garlic.
Step 4
Mix the yogurt, walnuts with cilantro, garlic, pepper, and salt.
Step 5
Add the walnuts and chicken to the mixture.
Step 6
Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it sit for a night or a day.
