Ingredients
- Instant coffee 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 4 tablespoons of water into a heatproof glass bowl, add the instant coffee, and whisk until fully dissolved.
Step 2
Add the egg yolks, sugar, and cinnamon.
Step 3
Place the bowl over a water bath and continuously whisk the mixture for 10–12 minutes. The mixture should thicken and significantly increase in volume.
