Cocotte Eggs Scandinavian Style
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 0 oz
- Yogurt powder 4 tablespoons
- Dill 2 sprigs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt at the bottom of two small baking dishes or regular sturdy glass cups. Top with smoked salmon, cut into small pieces, and a sprig of dill. Pour one egg over each dish.
Step 3
Place the prepared dishes in a heatproof container filled with water halfway up the sides of the dishes to cook in a water bath. Send to the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
When the top layer of the eggs turns white and solidifies, the eggs can be removed and served.
