Description
These syrniki can also be served with jam or berry sauce.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Coconut flakes 0 oz
- Vanilla Pod 1 piece
- Coconut Liqueur 5 fl oz
- Chia Seeds 0 oz
- Sugar Substitute 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add shredded coconut, eggs, 60 g of sugar substitute, wheat flour, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
Step 2
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours at a temperature of 2–40°F.
Step 3
Prepare the coconut sauce: soak the chia seeds in coconut cream for 20 minutes, then add 30 g of sugar substitute and the seeds from a vanilla pod, mix well, and let it infuse in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 4
Shape the cheese pancakes into 50-gram portions.
Step 5
Fry the cheese pancakes in a skillet with a minimal amount of vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Then transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 390°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 7
Heat the sauce in a saucepan. Serve the cheese pancakes with hot sauce.
