- Soft Low-Fat Cottage Cheese 20 oz
- 10% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Shredded Coconut 0 oz
- Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
- Banana 1 piece
- Fresh Berries 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix sugar and eggs.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese and sour cream, and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add flour (preferably sifted) and mix everything to avoid lumps.
Step 4
Then add the shredded coconut.
Step 5
Pour the resulting mixture into a baking dish.
Step 6
Bake for 35 minutes at 355°F.
Step 7
Serve the casserole warm or chilled, and you can decorate it with banana slices or berries.
