  • Fresh basil leaves 1 cup
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Parsley to taste
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Mint to taste
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic 2 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak sesame seeds in warm acidic water for 12 hours. Drain and rinse the seeds thoroughly. Toast in a skillet until lightly golden.

Step 2

Add olive oil if necessary. Add sea salt. Cover tightly with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the sauce to infuse. If you need to leave the sauce overnight, pour a thin layer of olive oil on top to prevent the sauce from losing its color.
