Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flour onto a board or into a bowl. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it.
Step 2
Using a fork, beat the eggs until smooth. Incorporate the eggs so that the dough is not too sticky.
Step 3
Dust each hand with flour and start kneading. Knead for 10–15 minutes until you have a nice piece of smooth, silky, elastic dough.
Step 4
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour before rolling it out and shaping it.
