- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of sugar until frothy.
Step 2
Add 100 grams of flour and 250 ml of milk, and mix well.
Step 3
Add the remaining 100 grams of flour and 250 ml of milk, mixing until smooth and breaking up as many lumps as possible.
Step 4
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Stir again.
Step 5
Heat a skillet and cook the pancakes over high heat. Brush each pancake with a piece of butter when placing it in the skillet.
Step 6
Serve the pancakes with jam, sour cream, or condensed milk to taste.
