Ingredients
- Oat flakes 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 3 spoons
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Avocado ½ pieces
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese 3 spoons
- Sunflower Seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into rounds.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in half.
Step 4
Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon.
Step 5
Finely chop the avocado.
Step 6
Season the chopped flesh.
Step 7
Place the sunflower seeds in a hot, dry skillet.
Step 8
As soon as one side of the seeds is golden brown, stir them.

Crack the egg into a deep bowl.
Step 10
Add flour to the egg.
Step 11
Pour the milk into the container.
Step 12
Thoroughly mix the liquid and pour it into the hot skillet with oil.

Flip the pancake after 2 minutes, when the bottom side is golden brown.

Once the pancake is golden brown on both sides, transfer it to a plate and spread half of it with cream cheese.

Spread the avocado flesh over the layer of cheese.

Top with red fish.

Place the tomatoes on the fish.

Sprinkle with seeds on top.

Cover the filling with the second half of the pancake.
