  • Whole egg 2 pieces
  • Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Safflower Oil 15 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Place the yolks in a bowl along with 1.5 teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Whisk lightly with a whisk or fork, then, while continuously whisking, gradually pour in the oil.

Step 2

Add the remaining vinegar or juice, taste, and add salt if needed. Store in the refrigerator.
