Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Peanut Sprouts to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Pour in the milk and gently whisk together.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, and mix thoroughly again until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 3
Melt a bit of butter in a skillet over high heat, then reduce the temperature to medium and pour in the egg mixture.
Step 4
Meanwhile, finely chop the green onions and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 5
Once the omelet has cooked until the bottom is golden brown and the top is still slightly runny, place tomatoes, some chopped green onions, and pea shoots on one side. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Fold the omelette in half and transfer it to a plate.
Step 7
Garnish with mung bean sprouts and green onions, then serve.
