Ingredients
- Chickpea 1⅕ kg
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Shallot 6 heads
- Lime 6 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Radish 10 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Parsley 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the shallots, radishes, and celery. Drizzle the garlic and chili with oil, season with salt and pepper, and then crush them in a mortar and pestle or blend them in a blender. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
Step 2
Mix everything with lime juice and chickpeas, let it sit for about ten minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
