Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mortar, grind the dried mango into a powder, and toast the cumin seeds in a dry skillet for just a couple of minutes, until a fragrant aroma emerges.

Then, combine the mint, cilantro, and spices with the deseeded and stemmed chili peppers in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3
