- Cilantro 5 oz
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Habanero Pepper 1 piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Water ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a food processor or blender, grind the walnuts until finely chopped.
Step 2
Add the cilantro leaves, the jalapeño (seeded and finely chopped), vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and blend until smooth, adding more water to reach the desired consistency. Adjust salt to taste.
