  • Spanish onions 0 oz
  • Serrano Chili ½ teaspoon
  • Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup

In a blender, combine cilantro, almonds, finely chopped red onion, crushed ½ teaspoon of serrano chili, and salt. Blend until smooth.

While blending, gradually add the olive oil. Add more oil if necessary.
