- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pickled capers 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sweet Red Onion 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, cool them, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Add the capers and chopped sweet red onion.
Step 3
Finely chop the parsley, dill, and green onion, and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add to the salad and mix well.
Step 4
Garnish with dill leaves, parsley, and finely chopped red onion.
