Description
You can replace the spicy Spanish chorizo with any other spicy sausage.
Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chorizo 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the sausage into pieces about 0.5 centimeters thick. In heated oil, fry the slices until crispy. Drain the fat from the skillet and dry the pieces on paper towels.
Step 2
Heat a new portion of oil in the same skillet and, when it is hot, add the sausage, crushed garlic cloves, and parsley. Heat together and serve by skewering several slices of sausage on toothpicks.
