Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Brown Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Oranges ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In one bowl, mix the sifted flour and cocoa, add sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. In another bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the milk, add 60 g of melted butter, and mix well.
Step 2
Add the dry mixture to the milk-egg mixture in several batches, mixing thoroughly after each addition. The batter will be thick. Cook on medium heat on one side until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another half a minute until done.
Step 3
To caramelize the bananas: melt 40 g of butter in a pan, add brown sugar, peeled and halved bananas, and the juice of half an orange. Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, turning and spooning the syrup over the bananas until they become soft.
Step 4
Place the pancakes on a plate, top with the bananas, and drizzle with syrup.
