
Chocolate Cream with Banana

This chocolate cream has one undeniable advantage — it can be prepared in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Oranges ½ piece
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Water 0 fl oz
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the banana using a blender until it becomes a puree or use a potato masher.
Step 2
Grate the zest from the orange. Squeeze the juice from half an orange and combine it with the banana puree.
Step 3
Add the cocoa, water, and sugar, mix well, and place over low heat. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Add the broken pieces of chocolate and let it melt completely.
Step 5
Pour into a container (I ended up with about half a liter) and place in the refrigerator until completely cooled.
