Description
The liquid in which the garlic is marinated can be reused multiple times; it won't spoil!
Ingredients
- Garlic 3 heads
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the water and let it cool.
Step 2
Peel and wash the garlic.
Step 3
Pour water into a one-liter jar (approximately a little more than half full).
Step 4
Add soy sauce and sprinkle salt to taste.
Step 5
Add all the peeled garlic heads and close the lid tightly.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.
