Chimichurri Sauce with Olives

You can add the juice of one lime.
Ingredients
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Cilantro 1 bunch
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Onion 1 head
- Green peppercorns 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Red Wine Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Pitted olives 5 oz

Chop all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place in a blender, add the oil and vinegar, and blend until smooth. It's best to do this a few days before serving, for example, with steak (this sauce pairs perfectly with meat).
