Ingredients

  • Ground coriander to taste
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Chinese green beans 20 oz
  • Dill to taste
  • Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
  • Kefir to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the green beans (green, red, yellow — your choice), cut into cubes, and sauté in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Peel and chop the onion (1 large or 2 small heads), sauté in vegetable oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Wash the herbs and chop finely.

Step 4

Add the sautéed onion, herbs, pepper, and salt to the cooked beans and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.

Step 5

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.

Step 6

Incorporate the eggs into the vegetables and cook until the eggs are fully set.

Step 7

Chop the garlic finely and add it to the kefir (the spicier you want the sauce, the more garlic you should use).

Step 8

Before serving, drizzle the chikhirtma with the sauce. The dish can be served hot or cold.
