
Chicken with Vegetables in Lavash

Description
You can add any vegetables; cauliflower pairs well here. For juiciness, you can add bell peppers or fresh cucumbers.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Armenian Lavash 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spices to taste
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the diced chicken fillet in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, then add the vegetables (broccoli, green beans, diced carrot) and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Add a little water during the simmering process.
Step 2
When the vegetables and chicken are ready, add a bit of tomato paste, salt, and spices. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Mix the sour cream with the grated or pressed garlic.
Step 5
Assemble the dish: place the chicken fillet with vegetables on the lavash, drizzle with the sour cream sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and fold the edges inward, rolling it up.
Step 6
Place the wrapped parcels on the grill and cook for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. If you don't have a grill, you can fry them in a dry skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
