Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Lemon ½ piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the chicken fillet into thin pieces and place in hot vegetable oil. Season with salt, add khmeli-suneli, a clove of garlic crushed in a garlic press, finely chopped lemon wedge with zest, and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts. Fry for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomato paste to the skillet, mix thoroughly, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
